My stay at Howard Johnson By Wyndham Scottsdale Old Town was quite pleasant overall. The location is fantastic—right across from Old Town and close to many restaurants. The rooms, while older, have been updated (though the bathrooms are still a bit small). The service was great, especially from Geremy at the front desk, who really went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute requests.

I had a comfortable room with 2 double beds. The furnishings were updated, which was great. Though the bathroom felt a bit small, the mini-fridge and coffee maker were definite perks. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but that’s just a personal preference.
