My stay at Howard Johnson By Wyndham Scottsdale Old Town was quite pleasant overall. The location is fantastic-right across from Old Town and close to many restaurants. The rooms, while older, have been updated (though the bathrooms are still a bit small). The service was great, especially from Geremy at the front desk, who really went above and beyond to accommodate my last-minute requests.

I had a comfortable room with 2 double beds. The furnishings were updated, which was great. Though the bathroom felt a bit small, the mini-fridge and coffee maker were definite perks. The bed was a bit firm for my taste, but that's just a personal preference.
